I drive digital transformation at the enterprise level, build high-performance engineering teams, and shape the next generation of tech talent as a university professor.
I'm Josué Alemán — a technology leader who operates at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and human development. As Head of IT at Grupo Farsimán, I lead the digital transformation agenda across the organization, designing scalable systems and building the teams that bring them to life.
Since 2018, I've also served as a university professor at CEUTEC/UNITEC, teaching software engineering, agile methodologies, and systems thinking. I believe the best way to elevate an industry is to invest in the people entering it.
Away from the screen, I train with the same discipline I bring to work — running, lifting, and pursuing consistency over perfection. The mindset that drives a 10K is the same one that ships great software.
Leading enterprise-wide IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.
Shaping future engineers through hands-on teaching, mentorship, and real-world problem solving.
Applying systems thinking and lean principles to technology, teams, and personal growth.
Led enterprise-wide technology modernization — migrating legacy systems, implementing cloud-first strategies, and enabling data-driven decision making across business units.
Built and scaled engineering teams from the ground up — establishing agile processes, technical standards, and a culture of ownership that delivers results consistently.
Trained and mentored 100+ students and professionals in software engineering, bridging the gap between academic theory and industry-ready execution.
From writing my first lines of code to leading entire technology organizations — every role sharpened a different edge.
In progress — Advanced research in data-driven project management
Strategic technology leadership and governance

Formal education in teaching methodologies and instructional design
Ideas that shape how I lead, teach, and build.
The organizations that win with AI are the ones that already had clear thinking, clean data, and disciplined execution. Technology amplifies what's already there.
Engineering excellence isn't about cleverness — it's about clarity, documentation, and building systems that outlast any single contributor.
Real leadership is building the machine, not being the machine. Delegate, trust, and focus on removing the bottlenecks — starting with yourself.
Showing up every day — even when the progress is invisible — is the strategy. There are no shortcuts to mastery, just thousands of small reps done well.
I believe that how you do anything is how you do everything. The consistency that gets me out the door at 5 AM for a run is the same one that drives me to ship better systems, mentor with intention, and lead with clarity.
Performance isn't a compartment — it's an operating system. And mine runs on discipline, purpose, and the belief that the compound effect applies to everything worth doing.
Whether you're looking for a technology leader, a speaker, a collaborator, or just want to connect — I'm one message away.
